SHIPPING: in Quebec only. Payment is disabled for all other provinces.
Delivery charges (taxable) are extra.
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days, following confirmation of payment.
For some remote areas, allow up to 2 additional business days.
NOTICE OF DELIVERY: Delivery times may take an additional 24 hours due to work on the Louis-Hyppolite Lafontaine tunnel.
The package may be damaged during transport. If this is the case, do not accept the package and contact ventesweb@insertech.ca or call 514-596-2842.
STORE PICK-UP: You will be notified by email once your order is ready for pick-up.
For any technical problems, contact customer service by email at ventesweb@insertech.ca or call 514-596-2842. If a return is necessary, you will be provided with a return form and an RMA number (shipping at your expense).
No refunds.
Exchange on defective material only within 10 days of receipt.
6 months warranty on parts and labour on refurbished computers.
90-day parts and labour warranty on refurbished laptops.
No warranty on software: problems caused by viruses and/or unwanted files and/or customer installation of software/applications are not guaranteed.
Remote technical support: http://soutien.insertech.ca. Free of charge only for hardware whose problems are covered by the Insertech warranty.
