Preventive measures – COVID 19

Dear customers,

Maximum capacity of 4 customers simultaneously in store.

You still can order by phone at 514-596-2842 or buy on our online store and pick-up your order at our shop or have your items shipped to you (free delivery for orders over $100).
The technical service also remains open. You can come and pick up your devices for repair at the door by making an APPOINTMENT.

Note: not all products are available in our online shop. Come to the shop on Molson Street or call us for more choices.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the store, but rather use our online services or call us at 514-596-2842.

Opening hours:

Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm
Saturday, from 10am to 5pm

Preventive measures:

As the health and safety of our customers and staff is a priority, we have put in place preventive hygiene and distancing measures.

Hygiene measures for employees

  • Employees must wash their hands very frequently.
  • A procedure for disinfecting equipment is in place for cash registers, telephones, computers, payment terminals, etc.
  • We avoid changing workstations whenever possible.
  • Employees are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Employees are trained in hygiene measures, the wearing of PPE and its maintenance.
  • Teleworking is mandatory for any activity that can be done remotely and we have reduced the number of on-site teams.

Installations and operation

  • Telephone and online ordering are available. You can pick up your order or have it delivered (free shipping for orders over $100).
  • A physical distance of 2m is required, including for the staff.
  • To comply to the latest regulations, our 86m2 shop can only accommodate a maximum of 4 customers at the same time.
  • We have installed a marking to maintain a physical distance of 2m, as well as the direction of traffic to be respected in the shop.
  • We have installed plexiglass panels at the cash registers and at the consultation stations.
  • The cash registers are at a distance of 2m from each other.
  • Please avoid any contact with demo computers, screens, and other products from counters and shelves.
  • We have removed non-essential items, tools and equipment from the workstations.
  • We have closed the waiting area and the coffee machine.
  • Washrooms are not accessible to customers.

How to request a repair

1. Drop your computer off :

  • To speed up the process call 514-596-2842 before visiting
  • Bring your device to Insertech. The person at the counter will tell you where to drop it off.

2. Request online support :

  • Increased processing times for orders/calls/repairs are to be expected.
