You can come and pick up your devices for repair at the door by making an APPOINTMENT.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: not all products are available in our online shop. Come to the shop on Molson Street or call us for more choices.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please do not come to the store, but rather use our online services or call us at 514-596-2842.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row padding height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Opening hours:<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"large\">Monday to Friday, from 10am to 6pm<br \/>\nSaturday, from 10am to 5pm<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row padding height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>Preventive measures:<\/h2>\n<p>As the health and safety of our customers and staff is a priority, we have put in place preventive hygiene and distancing measures.<\/p>\n<h3>Hygiene measures for employees<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Employees must wash their hands very frequently.<\/li>\n<li>A procedure for disinfecting equipment is in place for cash registers, telephones, computers, payment terminals, etc.<\/li>\n<li>We avoid changing workstations whenever possible.<\/li>\n<li>Employees are provided with the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE).<\/li>\n<li>Employees are trained in hygiene measures, the wearing of PPE and its maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Teleworking is mandatory for any activity that can be done remotely and we have reduced the number of on-site teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Installations and operation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Telephone and online ordering are available. You can pick up your order or have it delivered (free shipping for orders over $100).<\/li>\n<li>A physical distance of 2m is required, including for the staff.<\/li>\n<li>To comply to the latest regulations, our 86m2 shop can only accommodate a maximum of 4 customers at the same time.<\/li>\n<li>We have installed a marking to maintain a physical distance of 2m, as well as the direction of traffic to be respected in the shop.<\/li>\n<li>We have installed plexiglass panels at the cash registers and at the consultation stations.<\/li>\n<li>The cash registers are at a distance of 2m from each other.<\/li>\n<li>Please avoid any contact with demo computers, screens, and other products from counters and shelves.<\/li>\n<li>We have removed non-essential items, tools and equipment from the workstations.<\/li>\n<li>We have closed the waiting area and the coffee machine.<\/li>\n<li>Washrooms are not accessible to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row padding height_medium\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h2>How to buy<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.
